This blog is against being politically correct. As you can tell by many of my posts I am a loyal Democrat who is against the War in Iraq. But in this post I wish to caution my fellow Democrats from viewing the world with “rosy” colored glasses. This is especially true when it comes to Russia and China. NBC Nightly news ran a news article on a youth group in Russia called “Nashi”. The group has government links and is a sort of “Boy/Girl Scouts” Putin style. Just imagine if the American Boy Scouts had Bush’s picture at every outing and our youth were called the “Bush Generation”! Well that is what the Russians are doing with their scouting equivalent called “Nashi”!
They are running military style camps and becoming political street thugs like the German SA of years past. They harass the political opposition. Imagine our Boy Scouts being used for such a purpose! When I was a youth I resented being dictated to. I guess some Russian youths are so desperate for a camping trip that they are willing to be called the “Putin Generation”!
Meanwhile the Russians are resuming long range bomber patrols! In their defense however our beloved President had decided to build the Europeans a “Nuclear Shield” against rogue nuclear armed states. Bush did this before the Russian decision on increased military activity!
I have stated in this blog “just what is the message Bush is sending Iran by building this shield”? The presumption is that we are going to sit back and let the Iranians build nuclear weapons while shaking our fists saying that we are not going to allow them to do this. Meanwhile the only thing this European shield is gong to do is alienate the Russians because Bush has decided to place the installations on the Russian border in Europe!
For those Bushies who are reading this you might take note that western Europe is where heath care seems to be universal along with strong government commitment for employee rights. Hey they can afford their own missile defense! Damn there I go again! This particular post is against Putin but I still stuck some jabs at Bush. Sorry cannot help it. But my point is that in America I don’t have to worry about our Boy Scouts harassing me for speaking out against the Administration, while in Russia their version of the Boy Scouts does harass for political purposes!
This blogger will attack both the left and the right when Democratic Ideals are at stake. I applaud NBC for their coverage of this issue! This nation had better regulate it’s investors from placing American capital into the hands of nations that pose a threat to our national security interest! There is nothing wrong with overseas investments as long as it fosters FAIR TRADE rather than serving as reinforcement for slave labor as in China!
Our national security must come before portfolio security! We are living in a Brave New World and the orthodoxies of liberalism and conservatism must be subjugated to the needs of America’s Silent Majority! That is to say our great Middle Class and those who aspire to be! God Bless America!

Gosh yesterday it was Attorney General Gonzales and now the Republicans have a new hot potato – Idaho’s Senator Craig! Yes we can all laugh that a conservative family values Republican, who is against Gays, is accused of being one and soliciting sex in a bathroom. But wait there is an escape for the Republicans! With the Department Of Justice in turmoil perhaps Senator Craig can be nominated as “Solicitor General”!
Despite the fact that there were allegations about him and the Congressional pages years ago, let’s give Senator Craig the benefit of the doubt just for the one minute! Isn’t it strange that he should fall victim to “homophobia”! Now what would the Senator say if it was someone else who was charged? Being a good “Law and Order” Republican would he back the police in their Glorious Crusade to make our toilets free of those vile homosexuals! You would think if those vile homosexuals wanted to perform fellatio they would stay home and do it inside the context of a Gay Marriage! — OOPS seems the Senator is against Gays being allowed to marry or even serve in the military!
We must ask the question, “if it was someone else would the Senator believe them or the police if they claimed they were just taking a krap and they were just looking for toilet paper on the floor”? After all with a turd hanging you kind of get desperate! Something to think about the next time you are in a public toilet! Just moving your hands can get you into one hell of a mess! But then again the nice police can never be wrong now can they Senator Craig?
Well if the Senator is a closet bisexual then he is a damned hypocrite! If Senator Craig is NOT Gay or Bisexual then he is learning first hand how flimsy rules of evidence can convict someone of sexual solicitation! What is this? Are we not to accept the police and demand strict constructionalist rules of evividence! You know Senator this is something those homo loving, sissy pink liberals have been talking about for years but you conservatives believed that the police should not be questioned!
Finally we can all sit back and laugh as the Republicans receive their just reward of TOILET JUSTICE! I assume that being a conservative Republican Senator Craig served in the military!
Let’s just hope for the Republicans that when he was in the military his record for “dropping the soap” was within acceptable Republican parameters else his career will be flushed away!
Giuliani’s statements that he was at ground zero more than the rescue workers are a joke! Hell the Firefighters Union has repudiated him on his so-called record of achievement. Below is a You Tube Video by a former leader of the NYC Fire Dept.
Giuliani who single handedly saved NYC from collapse now wants to do the same for our nation! God help us! This is the man who wanted to extend his term of office by having the City Council enacting an “Enabling Act” like the German Reichstag did after the Reichstag fire of 1933! Just imagine what he could do with our Constitution when the terrorists strike our nation again! America survived a Civil War and never missed an election! The UK changed its Prime Minister within 24 hours of an election in the midst of World War II. So why couldn’t NYC survive without Mayor Big Mouth?
The candidacy of former Mayor Rudolf Giuliani is a great example of how the legitimate need to “Kick Ass” when it comes to terrorists, can be sidetracked. But then again we have been engaged in a side show in Iraq for years when we should have taken the War On Terror back to their homeland in Afghanistan and the remote regions of Pakistan. Giuliani wants to continue the disaster in Iraq while Iran continues to assist the Shiites to use I.E.D’s that kill and maim our troops. Meanwhile the Al Qaeda Homeland in Afghanistan and Pakistan’s remote regions goes unchecked six years after 9-11. One success of the Republicans is that Afghan opium production which was at record levels last year has even exceeding it’s past record this year!
Yet Mayor Big Mouth wants us to be side tracked in Iraq and talks about they will follow us home to kill us! Let me make one thing clear I fully believe they will attack us and that is why I want to bring the terror back to Al Qaeda in her home turf. If Mayor Big Mouth is so concerned about them attacking us then maybe he should take note of his own Republican Party which places portfolio security over national security! Our borders are wide open, our airports and ports are not secure and Bush is now about to send Mexican trucks all over our nation’s roads! All of this because Corporate America’s profits come before National Security!
Democrats need to learn one lesson from the preliminary success of Giuliani among Republicans because it could be used against us in the general election! The lesson is this:
When it comes to terrorism if your are not for KICKING ASS then your are for KISSING ASS! Giuliani gives the perception of “Taking Action”! Americans will always prefer that to just being docile especially after Perl Harbor and 9-11! Obama gave a good suggestion concerning Pakistan. He did not say to invade but to surgically strike and then only if we know that Al Qaeda was in a spot and Pakistan would not take action!
The time has come for America’s Middle Class to stand up and not be invisable!
In this era of licentious permissiveness, where CUT AND RUN CAPITALISTS can ship American jobs overseas, we are beginning to reap the rewards of their Iscariot ways. Our children are being exposed to lead in contaminated paint on imported Chinese Toys! This after our pets died from contaminated Chinese pet food.
But don’t fear we can protect ourselves with extra vitamin supplements! To bad that they are made in China also! Where are the Ann Rands of Capitalism now? They are in bed with their fellow travelers from Red China! As our national debt grows and grows with China holding our nation’s future in her hands, their military grows stronger and stronger.
These very same CUT AND RUN CAPITALISTS who now shed the proud label of “American” now have created a new identity for themselves! They use the Iscariot identity of “Multinational Corporation”! You don’t hear their fellow travelers in the Republican Party talking about “redistribution of wealth” as a social evil when it is they who are the PAID AGENTS of this new Global Order and it’s bleeding of American jobs and capital to the enemies of America! They toy with our children and our national security! They lack discipline in the pursuit of profit!
When China becomes a threat to our nation, guess who will come running to make a profit? Guess who will shred their “Multinational Corporate Identity” and rediscover patriotism? These very same CUT AND RUN CAPITALISTS who:
- Allowed dangerous imports.
- Exported American jobs and technology overseas
- Support destroying our national borders
- Encouraged the Dubai Ports Deal
- Pushed the H1-B Visa program that has destroyed the job market for American technology professionals!
The time has come for America’s Silent Majority: our great middle class and those who aspire to be middle class, to take our nation back from these effete snobs of privilege! God Bless America!
Back in the 60’s when the Vietnam War was the big discussion in college dorms, the issue was how to end the Vietnam War fast. Bleed slowly or take dynamic action such as blasting the Viet Cong from their safe haven in Cambodia! Barack Obama, who said he wants to turn the page from those days, seems to be reliving the very same issues, though the stage is different. Back then I believed America should first decide if it is our fight, then if so, fight to win or not make the investment! Nixon started to be dynamic then he went back to the “slow endless bleed” strategy that gave us the Vietnam and Korean Wars! I still believe our nation must strategically “choose” it’s fields of battle then once chosen fight to win! Just make sure it is the right war first! The war in Iraq is a waste but not the war in Afghanistan and Waziristan which is the heartland of Al Qaeda!
One way that Republicans can beat the Democrats is if they could separate their bad strategy in Iraq from the war on terrorism. When it comes to terrorism I believe in the Bush Doctrine of “Pre-emptive Strike”. My problem with Bush is that he took us into a side show in Iraq instead of fighting the War on Terror! How can one person have such a great idea as the doctrine of “The Pre-Emptive Strike”, then pig headedly undermine his whole strategy and our national seucrity by:
- A side show in Iraq.
- The Dubai Ports Deal,
- Leaving our borders wide open,
- His failure to control and inspect cargo in our ports six years after 9/11
- Complete lack of control concerning the various Visa programs by allowing aliens to remain in this nation when their time is up. Most of the 9-11 hijackers initially came to this nation legally!
Barrack Obama did an excellent job in a recent speech even though some Democrats criticized him! Obama stated that he would meet with the leaders of rogue nations as Regan did with the leaders of the Soviet Union. Barak Obama also said he would attack Al Qaeda in both Afghanistan and Pakistan if our nation was threatened.
Shortly after our nation was born we took Florida because the Spanish, who owned it at the time, could not control the Native American tribes that attacked our then southern border in Georgia! Yes it is true the Spanish did not have nuclear weapons as the Pakistani’s do. But what are we to do wait till a Pakistani scientist gives Al Qaeda nuclear secrets and/or materials? Attacking Al Qaeda inside of Pakistan could entail a problem with China who is chummy with Pakistan! But if Pakistan cannot control Waziristan then it is not a part of Pakistan. If Americans are presented with the choice of sitting idly by while we get attacked again or being proactive, this nation will chose the latter! The problem for the Republicans is that Iraq is not being pro-active! But none the less many Americans would even prefer that to doing nothing in regards to Al Qaeda in Pakistan. Al Qaeda is again threatening our Homeland. They have released a new video saying they will destroy the White House!
Barack Obama came across as a Populist Democrat rather than a PC Democrat. He sounds like a welcome change especially after Hillary Clinton snuggled up to Microsoft and the Silicon Valley crowd when she supported destroying American Middle Class jobs in the technology sector! Hillary Clinton said Barack Obama is naive. Well if Hillary Clinton thinks she can support the H1-B Visa program and the American Middle Class will look the other way then she is naive not Obama!
