Hillary Clinton is whining about sexism ruining her election. Hillary Clinton, Our Beloved Lady Of NAFTA, who even now supports the H1-b Visa program that has destroyed the dreams of college graduates aspiring to high paying computer jobs, claims she is running for the “forgotten”! Give me a break Hillary I used to be one of your supporters until I learned how you sold out the dreams of my fellow tech workers so you could get money from Silicon Valley lobbyists!
Hillary Clinton was sobbing in New Hampshire and instead of treating her like Ed Muskie, you know a man, she gets different treatment because she is a woman! Ed Muskie lost his bid because of this! The fact that Hillary Clinton did not have a campaign strategy for the votes after Feb 5th illustrates that she was incompetent as a strategist. Imagine if she started whining in the Presidential Election this fall? The idea of “entitlement” does not sit well with the American public! If she cannot take the heat in the primaries how is she going to deal with it in the National Election?
Hillary Clinton seems to believe we “owe” her the Presidency because she is a woman?
Then I guess we “owe” Barrack Obama the Presidency because he is Black!
Do we “owe” John McCain the Presidency because he is a Senior Citizen!
Since John McCain is the only veteran running for the Presidency maybe we “owe” him the Presidency because he is not only a veteran but was tortured as prisoner of war!
I am going to get a woman’s opinion on this! Let’s ask a woman her opinion if Hillary Clinton is “entitled” to the Presidency because she is a woman. The short video reflects the opinion of many women in my family!
Imagine if Barrack Obama said when he lost that it was due to racism because he is Black? Think of the uproar. In fact I remember Senator Obama said last year that if he does not win it is because he did not make his case to the American people. This was when he was not the front runner! Yes I am for Barrack Obama but I was originally for Hillary Clinton. I salute her for being an early advocate of Universal Health Care and still believe her plan is better though Obama’s plan has more chance of passing since it allows some to opt out initially. I would support Hillary Clinton for Vice President if she becomes a team player and stops WHINING!

Sure you have heard it said that we must stay in Iraq to preserve our defense of our homeland! I believe we must leave to defend our homeland! George Bush and his fellow traveler John McCain are destroying our military deterrence! When your potential enemy stares you in the face and there is a line in the sand our enemies will evaluate the cost to themselves of crossing that line! Many PC Liberals AND Neo-Con Republicans don’t seem to understand this second way George Bush is undermining military deterrence that I am going to list here in this post. While this blogger is a liberal democrat I am not a politically correct one! Let me humbly present several axioms that must be understood by both the PC Liberals and Republicans. The first is used by conservatives to ruin liberals not because it is not true but because many sugar fluff PC Liberals are so damned masochistic and they want our society to enjoy a secular version of “original sin” replacing the apple with the sin of enjoying a middle class life style!
AXIOM #1:When engaging an enemy you must be willing to kick ass else you are an ass kisser!
The above AXIOM is why both I and many Democrats accepted initially the Iraq War and why I still believe it was the right thing to do even without WMD! The issue is the social engineering experiment that followed. Remember “Mission Accomplished”? This leads us to my second humble Axiom that the Conservatives don’t seem to understand.
AXIOM #2: When confronted by American military might rogue dictators are NOT motivated by fear that they will be overthrown and replaced by a Democracy! They simply fear being overthrown by our military might!
This now leads us to understand why and how George Bush and his fellow traveler John McCain are undermining the Military Deterrence of the United States!
AXIOM #3: When confronting several rogue dictatorships you target one (maybe even the weakest) and if they do not comply you overthrow the dictator and replace his government with a friendly government then HIGH TAIL it out fast. Engage in Social Engineering Experiments only when absolutely needed as after WWII! If we engage in an extended occupation then our “perceived threat” and “willingness to take action” against our enemies is reduced! Our forces and resources will be preoccupied and your enemy knows that!
If needed we could always return and it would be easier and less costly then engaging in a Social Engineering Experiment! This leads us to our final AXIOM of MILITARY DETERRENCE!
AXIOM #4: Know your strengths and weaknesses! Our great strength is our “Shock and Awe” Technology! (Oh dear that is not politically correct). Our weakness is we don’t want to engage in extended occupations and unlike the Germans we don’t like to line rebels up against a wall and shoot them. (Perhaps this might be a good trait to learn if needed when occupation is necessary).
Now ask yourself these questions!
Why should Iran fear us if we cannot leave Iraq for 100 years? We must by our own rules first complete a social engineering experiment in Iraq while Afghanistan reverts to terrorists and rogue nuclear scientist’s team with Al Qaeda in Pakistan. Why should North Korea fear us? If we announce “Mission Accomplished” in Iraq we could then scare Iran and North Korea as more of our military and resources would be free! With our “Shock and Awe Military Technology” we would have a higher perceived “willingness to use it”. But if our “definition of success” requires a social engineering experiment then our perceived “willingness to act” and our “military threat” to our remaining enemies is diminished!
If we are trying to change Iran’s behavior then why are we willing to build an Anti-Missile Defense in Eastern Europe against rogue states like Iran or North Korea? Building such a system presupposes we are going to allow Iran to have nukes! Not to mention that it gave Putin domestic strength in Russia!
Finally we retain our Military Deterrence as long as CUT AND RUN CORPORATIONS do not sell our technology to our enemies nor export our jobs. This is a Geo - Political - Economic and Military competition against the enemies of freedom! Unlike PC Liberals I support the S.D.I. initiative! I just wonder why we would build it in Europe to protect them from a rogue state when it is our policy to prevent such states from having nuclear weapons!
America’s Middle Class, which does not benefit from CUT AND RUN CORPORATIONS abandoning our shores to invest in the enemies of freedom, can rest secure knowing that at least George Bush has secured our borders and ports! The Dubai Ports deal just goes to show how they place “portfolio security” over “port security”! The time has come for America’s Silent Majority, our great Middle Class to say enough!
Why is it that John McCain does not support Senator Jim Webb’s GI Bill? The answer is that he wants to hold the carrot in front of our brave troops so they will serve more tours of duty in the Republican Social Engineering Experiment in Iraq! If the troops were to get a GI Bill after serving their initial three to four year enlistments many would not re-enlist and that is public knowledge even admitted by George Bush!
QUESTION: What is similar to Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destrucition (WMD) and why?
ANSWER: George Bush’s completed service record in the National Guard. Like Iraqi WMD neither can be found!

I would like to believe a kinder view of Hillary Clinton’s RFK remarks. When I heard her remarks I felt that perhaps she was addressing the issue of leaving the campaign prematurely! She was not putting Barrack Obama in RFK’s position rather herself! Bobby Kennedy was FORCED OUT of the campaign by assassination. Her assumption being “look at how our nation would have been different if he was not forced out”! Thus she was viewing herself not Obama as RFK in the scenario she listed! But she seems to believe you cannot say you are wrong! That is why she took such heat concerning her vote on Iraq! Hell if I were in Congress then I would have voted for the Iraqi authorization though now I am against the war! I still believe the world is better without Saddam. Mission Accomplished! I used to like Hillary Clinton until I realized how she and her hubby where involved in NAFTA and Free Trade. Most of the union folks who support her remember the good old days when Bill Clinton was President and our economy was strong. Yes but he laid the foundation for the coming trade deficit and job losses! On the blue collar front Hillary Clinton says that those blue collar workers who loose their jobs have a back up! They can be trained to be technology workers! Fine but she is undermining the job market for technology workers with the H1-b program. If there were a shortage of computer students why not let our great capitalist system correct this by allowing the wages of computer workers to rise and thus attracting more to study computers? No instead she chooses to stop the off shoring of American jobs by bringing those off shore here and siding with Corporate America against the dreams of college students and even blue collar workers who want to be cross trained! Then they wonder why “Atlas Shrugged”!
I really loved Hillary Clinton. She stood alone for Universal Health Care. I even believe her program is superior to Barrack Obama’s! The only advantage of Obama’s plan is that with it’s opting out option it is more likely to pass! So with her superior health care plan why has she sold out American technology workers? The H1-b program will soon be used even against those who major in non-technology subjects! Maybe Hillary Clinton should shed a tear for the dreams of Middle Class Americans she has destroyed!
Hillary Clinton could make an excellent Vice President if she would renounce H1-b! Obama is a great philosopher. Hillary Clinton could be the Dick Cheney and Spiro Agnew of the left! Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton would make a good team. They could play together “Good Cop - Bad Cop”. She could be the “HIT BABE”! She has, as one of her unions supporters stated, “testicular fortitude” and attack instincts!
She demeans herself by advocating she has the popular vote when she does not. There were no valid delegates elected in either Michigan or Florida as both candidates accepted the rules and did not campaign there! In Michigan Obama was not even on the ballot. Hillary Clinton does not even want to count caucus states in the popular vote! She should have told them that before the vote! Then she talks about key states she won but campaigns in Puerto Rico which cannot even vote in the general election! This sophistry is beyond testicular fortitude! Her behavior now is nuts! She should stop and leave with honor!
George Bush who is so incompetent that he cannot win a war in the same time that we won a World War, now has undermined Rush Limbaugh’s “Operation Chaos”! By opening his big mouth he has forced Democrats to join hands around Senator Barrack Obama. Even Hillary Clinton, who was a fellow traveler with George Bush on the Road To Bagdad has been forced to come to Obama’s aid! I believe it is possible that both Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton could get sucked into the Iraq War based on their statements. This blogger is a Lou Dobbs Democrat. I am neither a PC Liberal nor a Neo-Con Conservative. This blog is to demonstrate that America has a “third choice” not only in the Iraqi War but in other domestic and foreign policy issues as well! I see a problem in that the Democrats have accepted implicitly some assumptions of the Republicans. The Republicans argue that we must remain in Iraq because:
Leaving would result in a bloodbath.
The terrorists would win.
Even if we should not have gone into Iraq we are there now. They use a slogan, “If you break the cookie jar you now have to fix it”.
If we buy into this logic then we must “fix” 1500 years of Shiite - Sunni strife in Iraq! No, that is not our responsibility! We are not obliged to conduct a SOCIAL ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT in Iraq! We can give them a government as we have then high tail it out! Make no mistake about it the terrorists are winning! Al Qaeda Central is rebuilding in the Pakiststani - Afghan border country and we are doing nothing to prevent an attack on our homeland while George Bush and his fellow travelers engage in this neo-con social engineering experiment in Iraq!
The Republicans have a strange logic especially when there is a genocide going on right now in Darfur! But does anyone care? When we leave Iraq, and we will, if there is a genocide in Iraq we can have the news media mimic their coverage of the Darfur genocide! What about the genocide being conducted right now by the government of Myanmar against their own people? Are we going to land troops there? Using the Republican’s logic, our troops should be in both Darfur and Myanmar!
If the government of Myanmar changed their response to receiving aid, would we mount a massive effort to save these people? Check the video below from MSNBC which says we are sending them pittance!
The Democratic response should be, regardless of an Iraqi blood bath, full speed ahead with our withdrawal. The problem is they don’t say that. Instead they say a bloodbath will not happen! Fine what happens when it most likely does occur! My point is who cares! Just do a DARFUR on an Iraqi bloodbath! The Republicans seem to have no problem with the blood bath in Darfur! Remember the movie/tv show called “Star Trek”? Well our continued presence in Iraq is a violation of the PRIME DIRECTIVE! When we leave the Arab League can then take over the protection of the Sunni’s and no doubt Iran will protect the Shiites! The two sides can talk or fight it out! That is their problem not ours! As I mentioned I am NOT a PC Liberal. I believe the War in Iraq was justified based on the knowledge we had. Even then the world is better without Saddam Hussein in power.
We should have just put a friendly general in charge who would bring Iraq up to the HIGH DEMOCRATIC STANDARDS of the Mideast! No doubt the Saudis, Syrians, Golf States and even Egyptians are all behind our social engineering experiment in Iraq! These nations want Iraq to be raised to their high standards of democracy! This logic is as pathetic as George Bush’s military record in the National Guard!
Let’s turn to the removal of our troops from Iraq! I would conduct the withdrawal differently from either Barrack Obama or Hillary Clinton’s proposals. We should leave Iraq fast in the following manner:
Build a transportation center near the Iraqi - Kuwaiti border in the dessert. Establish a death zone around it. Use helicopters and aircraft to clean a buffer zone around this American Redoubt!
Once this is readied call for a COMPLETE TOTAL WITHDRAWAL from the rest of Iraq to our safe haven. No BS it took us several weeks to occupy Iraq that is all it should take to move to the SAFE ZONE!
Any interference to our withdrawal should be met with EXTREME DEADLY FORCE. We have “Shock and Awe Technology” we should use it. If needed level Sadir City to the ground!
Oh yes I forgot! We should declare “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED”!
A smart general knows his strengths and weakness! We are good at “Shock and Awe”! We will continue to be as long as our very own cut and run corporations don’t continue to sell our technology to the enemies of America like ITT which pleaded guilty to doing! However unless we desire to place 700,000 troops in Iraq and secure the Iraqi border from Iran we will not be successful in an extended occupation! Do we want to pay the price? We must set our priorities, we must fight the war on terrorism in the Al Qaeda homeland which is in Afghanistan and Pakistan not Iraq!
By removing ourselves from Iraq we can regain our military strength to fight the war on terrorism in Afghanistan! Oh yes maybe we could even secure our borders, ports and airports! Well I believe the American Middle Class would rather see the above secured ahead of the “Emerald City” inside Bagdad!
Before I touch this subject I would like to present a “Middle Class Populist” perspective on the usage of American Military power! Never look at “both sides” of an issue! Doing so implies there are only two sides to an issue! We are getting caught up in the old Hawk vs. Dove Debates! Allow me to present a Maxim that most Americans, like it or not will agree with!
When dealing with rouge nations and terrorists if you do not KICK ASS then you are an ASS KISSER! The American people will approve the first and never the second! Both Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama know this!
However it is the misapplication of this maxim by George Bush that has kept us in Iraq! We are not kicking terrorist butt in Iraq only making money for Halliburton! If we want to kick terrorist ass then we should be winning the war with extensive use of our “Shock and Awe” Military Technology in Afghanistan. At least that is until CUT AND RUN CORPORATIONS sell our technology to China and they export it for their profit! Worse still China may even use it against us directly! Make no mistake about it we can win in Iraq if it was in our national interest. A smart general knows his strengths and weakness and commits to a battlefield where he can maximize his strengths to the pursuit of his nation’s goals. Iraq does not meet that criteria but the Al Qaeda homeland on the Pakistani - Afghanistan border does meet that criteria!
Some time ago Barrack Obama said that he would launch a surgical strike (non-nuclear) against the Al Qaeda homeland in Pakistan if certain conditions were met:
We had creditable intelligence that Osama Bin Laden was there
And/or a Al Qaeda base camp was in use for a strike against our Homeland!
The Pakistani Government did not want to take action.
Hillary Clinton said that this showed Obama’s inexperience as Pakistan was a nuclear nation! I find it very strange that when our Homeland is threatened by Al Qaeda Central, neither Hillary Clinton nor John McCain want to take decisive surgical action where it would count! Yet both are willing to bomb even nuke Iran if Iran struck Israel! I wonder if Hillary Clinton and John McCain have their priorities correct!
Why is Barrack Obama inexperienced and foolish for defending America’s Homeland Security against Al Qaeda Central but Hillary Clinton says it is ok to nuke Iran if a non-treaty friend is attacked! Guess they really want the Pro-Israel lobby now don’t they? We cannot allow Iran to have nuclear weapons - PERIOD! We cannot allow Israel or any Arab nation to be nuked by Iran.
We must extend a blanket of protection over both Israel and her Arab neighbors for two reasons:
We need to minimize the Middle Eastern nations’ need for the development of nuclear weapons. (Sure Israel already has them but at least not overtly).
We cannot allow Iran to gain control of these strategic sources of oil.
Yes that’s right going to war for oil is a necessity in our modern world! Going to war for oil company profits is not! Again this blog is written by a Middle Class Populist not a knee jerk PC Liberal! But let’s not forget George (never show up at his National Guard meetings) Bush! Just what kind of message is Bush sending Iran, if he wants to build an Anti-Missile System not in the United States but in Eastern Europe to defend it against rouge nukes from Iran?
This presumes that we are going to sit back and let Iran develop nukes! But then again since we are wasting our military and our budget in this great SOCIAL ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT IN Iraq we have no determent against Iran! Great work neo-cons!

Yesterday I got involved in a heated discussion with a friend concerning the scenario of Barrack Obama being denied the nomination by the super-delegates. As you most likely know the scenario runs this way. Neither Barrack Obama nor Hillary Clinton receives the majority vote but Obama has the majority of elected delegates from the primaries and caucuses that occurred in states under the Democratic Party rules. However Hillary Clinton is a close second and convinces the unelected super-delegates to vote for her thus winning the nomination. While I believe Obama should win if he has the majority of elected delegates from the primaries and caucuses, he has stated on MSNBC’s “Meet The Press” that he would then accept Hillary Clinton as the winner and would not bolt the convention! I salute Barrack Obama for his team spirit but I wonder if the Republicans are only going to use this to hurt him and the Democratic Party by trying to up Hillary Clinton’s votes in the remaining elections. Prior to the Texas and Ohio votes Bill Clinton even said that Hillary Clinton’s campaign would end if she did not win in those states. I am sure Rush Limbaugh is having a good time with this! Just look at what Rush Limbaugh and his fellow travelers in the Republican Party want to happen. (See Video Below)
I think Hillary Clinton might make a good Vice Presidential candidate as she could be the mean spirited “Hit Babe” who in the words of one of her union supporters has “testicular fortitude”! Presidential Candidates usually try to leave the hard hitting nasty comments to their Vice Presidential candidates. Hillary Clinton might make an excellent choice!
One final note! Have you noticed that no one seems to mention the delegates from the other candidates who are no longer in the race! These are not super-delegates but elected and I do believe their votes do matter!
The Silent Majority wants this thing to end. We have a war in Iraq to end and a war in Afghanistan to win! Our economy is a mess thanks to Bush, his tax cuts for the rich and his SOCIAL ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT in Iraq! The Middle Class must stand up and bring this nonsense to an end!
