Well the wicked witch of the north is alive and well! It seems Sarah Palin received the “laying on of hands” from a preacher who back in his home country of Kenya drove some poor old woman out of her home for being a witch. This comes from the respected Christian Science Monitor! Here in America we have more sophisticated ways to drive the elderly from their homes! We do it with it with predatory lending institutions!
Let’s be clear here! The issue is not Sarah Palin’s Pentecostalism! The issue on this Halloween is terrorism against an alternative religion – Wicca! If someone can associate intimately with such a preacher who did more than talk but walked the wicked walk and Sarah Palin wanted his prayers and blessings, then what are we to conclude concerning how she would govern America! Oh yes the preacher also prayed that she be protected from witchcraft! I guess that protection also extends to protection from the news media as they seem to not press this or the issue of her affiliation with the Alaskan Independence Party! But then again for protection from the news media she always has John McCain at her side when she is being interviewed. She appears as a naughty girl in the principal’s office with her daddy to protect her!

We have had an earful of Pastor Wright now let’s see Sarah Palin’s church. If you don’t want to watch the whole video just watch the early part and the end where she talks about Pastor Muthee! This is the guy who did the prayer thing for Gov. Palin!
In the video above Sarah Palin encounters a heckler who questions her concerning her connections to the Alaskan Independence Party! They give this poor guy the “Salem” treatment. Maybe Sarah Palin is just trying to drive the devil out of this town!
Is this the way she views a questioning attitude? Seems the news media is already cow towing to her!
- Why are they not raising the issue of her taking an exorcism from witchcraft from some one who persecuted an elderly lady for witchcraft in Kenya?! Oh maybe that is the new Republican Health Care for the elderly?
- Why don’t they raise the issue of the man in the video above who was harassed by Sarah’s buddies at her rally!
Where is the News Media? Perhaps they have been “exorcised”!
VOTE FOR BARRACK OBAMA AND JOE BIDEN THIS TUESDAY!
John McCain has demonstrated that he also does not understand the “Bush Doctrine”. Telling the whole world our intentions assists the military deterrence of the Bush Doctrine! Both the Monroe and Bush doctrines receive their power if a contingency is being made public by the US Government and we have the capacity to follow through! If a foreign power does X we will respond with military action! In the case of the Monroe Doctrine if a nation involves itself in the western hemisphere we will attack! This is public knowledge and the fact that it is public is what gives the doctrine its deterrent capability! With the “Bush Doctrine” if a nation is preparing to harm us or allows others to use their territory to harm us then we will attack first. Again this contingency is only potent if an adversary knows we will attack and that we have the capacity to attack! Obama understands this and that is why he made his statement about using force in Pakistan against Al Qaeda targets if the Pakistani’s don’t take action first against Bin Ladin.
In the video above John McCain shows he understands the Bush Doctrine then in that he states before the Iraqi War we will attack. No problem here with “telegraphing” your intention! Why then does he criticize Barrack Obama when Obama stated he would attack Al Qaeda inside Pakistan if the Pakistani Government was unwilling or unable? The whole premise of the Bush Doctrine is that the potential adversary knows up front and in public that we will launch a pre-emptive strike! John McCain does not understand the Bush Doctrine! Actually McCain wants to repeat the “misapplication” of the Bush Doctrine. By closing our eyes to the growing threat of the Al Qaeda Homeland on the Pakistanni – Afghan border and instead continueing to focus on Iraq he is undermining the Bush Doctrine!
Again I actually AGREE with the Bush Doctrine! I disagree with the wrongful use of it! Let me repeat an important axiom that some of my fellow Democrats seem to forget and that gives the Re publicans fuel for elections!
When dealing with terrorists and the enemies of America you either KICK ASS or you are percieved as an ASS KISSER! There are nasty folks out there who don’t care what type of karma they are creating by using a dirty nuke on our cities! Thank God Barrack Obama seems to understand this completly and is, in my opion, stronger on national defense than John Sydney McCain!
John McCain and his fellow traveler George Bush have undermined the military deterrence of the United States by this vast wild eyed Social Engineering Experiment in Iraq! Years after the declaration of the accomplishment of the Congressional Mandated Mission, Bush and McCain have changed the mission and hence destroyed our military deterrence! Let me explain.
The best use of force is the threat of that force! But our threat of force is undermined by this vast wild eyed social engineering experiment in Iraq! We do well with fast “shock and awe” rather than extended occupations which we do not have the heart for. Besides how can we move on to the next enemy if we get sidetracked by an extended stay in Iraq? Our perceived capacity to use force is thus diminished. If we celebrated “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED” then our enemies would fear our “Shock And Awe” military technology. That is if our CUT AND RUN Corporations don’t sell it to America’s enemies!
John Sidney McCain just does not seem to get it! He is wasting our troops, financial resources and our credibiity with America’s allies by this fixation with the SOCIAL ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT in Iraq!
- Rogue regimes do not fear being overthrown and converted to democracies! They simply fear being overthrow!
- What message are we sending Iran if we say we will not allow them to have nuclear weapons yet we are building a Missile Defense shield in Eastern Europe whose sole purpose is to protect Europe from a rogue state having a few nuclear missiles! The very premise of the missile shield is that we are going to allow Iran to have nukes!
John McCain shows even more bad judgment in that he would not meet with potential enemies! We spoke to the Soviet Union. Besides we can always cut off talks if they do not bear fruit. But the purpose of meeting with them is that they can see our willingness to fight if they cross the line. Also it is a means to give an adversary a face saving mechanism to change their course! Finally it gives us creditability with our allies who can help us bear the cost should war be needed!
John Sydney McCain and Sarah Palin just do not have the judgment to defend the United States!

Oh the bleeding hearts in the Republican Party want us to weep for the poor upper 5% who make out like bandits while we the Silent Majority – America’s great Middle Class work our butts off every day to stay afloat. Their sense of “entitlement is beyond imagination! No I don’t deny the right of people to become millionaires! But the word “socialism” does not send fear down my spine. Especially not European style socialism. Instead Unemployment and lack of heath care send a shiver of fear down my spine! I want to become not just a computer programmer but also a self employed computer consultant! I need universal health care to do this and for my pay scale not to be undercut by importing low salary H1-b foreign tech workers to destroy my dreams! If there were a shortage of tech workers let the “free market” take care of it via higher salaries! The corporations have no problem manipulating for government intervention in the free market to lower my pay scale as a tech worker!
In the video above Senator Joe Biden leads the Silent Majority in “STANDING UP FOR AMERICA”! Naturally the effete snobs of privilege would prefer profits from off shoring and they resent this call to patriotism!
The human body has two nervous systems: sympathetic and parasympathetic that compliments each other. Many things in life do not have clear cut solutions but compromises to bring about a “homeostasis” of competing desirable values! The progressive income tax is one side of the compensation homeostasis of the body of society! While we want to encourage the future Bill Gates of America to create we must also look at the top and ask a fundamental question that more and more Americans are now willing to ask:
“Why should someone earn more money than me especially when it is hundreds of time more than the average Joe makes? What contributions to society are they doing that warrant such compensation?”
Oh dear me now I did it, I broke a taboo of our internalized culture! Let me ask you a rhetorical question! Would you favor giving African Americans a check of $50,000.00 dollars for the uncompensated work that their ancestors did as slaves? Well most of us would favor the “sentiment” but not the actual act. I also would not favor giving such a check as we believe people should reap the rewards of their own merits rather than the ones of their ancestors. Yet Cindy McCain inherited somewhere around $36 – $88 million dollars from her ancestors. So in her case hours worked from past ancestors are still paying off today! Again we are trying to balance the right to pass on wealth with the dictates of a free society where one’s advancement is the result of ones own merit and all can have an equal shot at being wealthy!
We do not want our society to get involved with the relative compensation of one citizen vs. another as this is a competitive aspect that we prefer to believe does not exist! However are we willing to believe that executives who make millions per year are contributing to a free society in proportion to their compensation? This is where progressive taxation is just society’s way of saying “Time For A Reality Check”! That is because it really is a MYTH that a multi-millionaire makes a greater contribution to society that a member of the SILENT MAJORITY – America’s great Middle Class!
We live in an era of licentious permissiveness (I love to use Republican Speak) where loyalty to the nation that gave wealth to corporations and investors is considered ethically relative in relation to making a profit! We see our jobs; technology and even corporations off shored, frequently even to the enemies of America while those higher paying jobs that remain in the technology area are filled by foreign H1-b Visa workers. AIG was a prime example of using H1-b employees to destroy the careers of computer professionals! These corporations frequently renounce their American identity to term themselves “multinational” while they sing their new “Republican Party Globalization Internationale” at the expense of the nation that give them birth, incorporation, protection and profits!
Yet where are these BLEEDING HEARTS of the Republican Party when this massive WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION program is taking place from the “producers” in our society to the upper 5% via the instruments of Globalization, H1-b Visas and predatory debt practices by both mortgage lenders and credit card companies! The latter that use fees and higher rates to insure that many never will pay off their cards! America’s Silent Majority is starting to realize that CLASS WARFARE has been going on all the time! We go to job interviews and we have to parrot that we read the company’s annual report and find it so wonderful that we want to commit a life time of service to the CORPORATE COLLECTIVE while they make no such commitment to us! As if the needs of the Corporate Collective are the individual’s needs also! Corporations are allowed to have desire for profit and greed. The employee is to pledge his life long commitment without a reciprocal one in return from the Corporate Collective!
The initial job interview is not a test of ones skills but of ones internalization of the Corporate Collective’s needs over the individual! Like I give a shit that they made x amount last year as it may be because they paid their employees less! I am not to have greed and the desire for profit rather I am to subvert my needs to the corporate collective! Don’t change what I am saying here. Being part of a “team” is essential when seeking employment. The issue is the one sided aspect of the relationship! Is it any wonder that “trickle down economics” was so successful in the political arena! We are indoctrinated to serve our social betters from the time we seek employment! Ah yes the Republican Brave New World! Let the rich upper 5% of the world unite and let us sing with them “The Republican Corporate Globalization Internationale” as we ship American jobs, wealth, technology and our futures overseas while our social betters reap the rewards of this WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION SOCIAL ENGINEERING EXPERIMENT!
Instead of talking about how many days into the new year we are paying taxes maybe every American employee should receive with his paycheck a note telling him at what day in the new year his total compensation will equal the first day of compensation of the corporate CEO!
Let’s join Joe Biden and use that “S” word proudly. TIME TO “STAND” UP FOR AMERICA! This November 4th is SILENT MAJORITY DAY! Time to take our nation back from these effete snobs of privilege whose loyalty is to profit before country!

It drives me crazy the way the news media can be so pro-conservative yet the Republicans get away with their endless whining that the news media is pro-liberal! Bin Laden has endorsed John McCain for President! Yet you hardly hear about this in the news media!
Why would they endorse McCain instead of Obama? Well McCain would continue the vast wild eyed Republican Social Engineering Experiment in Iraq that is wasting our troops and money rather than attacking the Al Qaeda homeland in the Pakistani – Afghan border region!
One can also ask why the Democrats are not screaming foul play at the news media! There are two reasons for this:
- Negative Ad Failure: The public does not like negative campaigning and Obama is currently way ahead in the polls so why play the “news media card”, better to keep it if the polls change. Frankly I am surprised the public isn’t more gullible! I guess being a wine drinker I have a pessimistic view of the general public!
- The Pelosi – John Kerry Syndrome! Just sit back and let the Republicans beat us up! Example: John Kerry just sat back and let Bush’s surrogates smear his military record while President Bush never even completed his required military commitment in the National Guard! Yet no one in the Democratic Party seems to care. Much less that there is a war raging and they allow Bush to play the “Patriot Game” when they could really knock Bush out with his past.
Where the hell is the news media? What ever happened to the “free press” and hard hitting investigative journalism? Why does the news media just sit back when the public would be served with investigations concerning:
- Osama Bin Laden’s endorsement of John McCain! Why isn’t this plastered all over the news and on Obama ads?
- Sarah Palin and her association with the Alaskan Independence Party (See prior post). They even have her on their site video addressing their party this year wishing them good luck and complimenting these wild eyed secessionists. Imagine if this had been Obama!
- Sarah Palin only gives interviews with Senator McCain at her side! My God what is he her daddy protecting her from trick questions such as “What is the Bush Doctrine”?What if McCain dies will Big Brother McCain be there to protect sweet pit bull Sarah Palin from the nasty news media or worse Putin?
Is the news media waiting for Barrack Obama to take the lead in attacking McCain for the above? What happened to investigative hard hitting journalism? Are the members of the news media such wimps that they cannot take on John McCain and his obvious inconsistencies! Perhaps the members of the news media received blood transfusions from John Kerry and Nancy Pelosi! Meow Meow!
As I have mentioned in this blog before I cannot understand how Sarah Palin’s association with the Alaskan Independence Party is not being blasted all over the news media! Damn if this had been Obama the whining Republicans would be screaming about news media biases! Now in the final stages of the campaign we hear John McCain hiding behind Sarah Palin while she does his dirty work accusing Barrack Obama of not loving America enough to associating with terrorists! Bill Maher in the video below, while a comedy, does an excellent job illustrating the issue of Sarah Palin and the Alaskan Independence Party!
I still believe that Joe Biden should be used to take Sarah Palin out with a media blitz by:
- Attacking Sarah Palin directly for her association with the Alaskan Independence Party. For details read my prior post of the details!
- Screaming NEWS MEDIA biases! It is not enough to simply counter attack but also to launch an offensive! The Democrats have learned some lessons from the Psychological Warfare that was conducted against them by Richard Nixon as they now utilize the term “Middle Class” as a mantra. But they should also covet the term “News Media Biases” from the whiners of the right!
- Attack John McCain’s judgment by raising the issue of his choice of Sarah Palin. General Colin Powell recently cited McCain’s choice of Palin as one of the reasons he is endorsing Barrack Obama!

Naturally John McCain is not motivated by the fact he is down in the polls when he decided to launch his attack on Barrack Obama’s patriotism as he had more pressing issues to discuss before this! Such as the pressing issue of “Lipstick on a Pig”! Maybe he should take the lip stick off his campaign of smear and stop letting Sarah Palin do his sleaze work and be man enough to attack Obama himself!
Perhaps the only reason the Democrats have not raised the issue of Sarah Palin and the Alaskan Independence Party is because the public seems to punish the candidate that uses negative advertising. They can always use the issue if the polls go against the Democrats. None the less this is a reversion back to the college campus dorm rooms of the late 60’s when I was a student and anyone who opposed the war was called unpatriotic and the news media listed only two types of citizens! Right wing flag wavers vs. left wing flag burners! It could be argued that the news media then was pro war in that with that as the choice is it any wonder Americans were against liberals!
Barrack Obama has learned the lessons of the sixties somewhat, though he seems to believe that is a by gone era! Perhaps it is because the baby boomer genration has heard that tired old pseduo-patriotic attack before that Barrack Obama’s polls are so high, the econmy not with standing! He has appropriated the then used term “Middle Class” I just wish liberals would play the news media biases game as well as the conservatives! So let this Ranting Bald Hippie end this post with some bumper stickers and ads I think the Democrats should run:

Sarah Palin who seems to have no problem addressing this year’s Convention of The Alaskan Independence Party, as they even have the video of her speech on their website, cannot face a single reporter who dares to “question her”! Imagine if McCain died in office and she had to deal with Putin! The Vice Presidential Debates where the perfect chance to show this so called pit bull for the inexperienced feather weight that she is! She was McCain’s last hope! Well that and their game of let’s be patriotic and not talk about the financial mess as that would hurt our economy! I prefer Senator Biden’s definition of Patriotism.
It is time for those who benefit from the transport of American jobs, wealth and technology to fork over some of their profits. Hey it’s not like they EARNED IT! For God’s sake the President of the United States doesn’t even make what some of these fat cats make! Yet he has the responsibility of the nuclear button!
Well the hockey mom from no where last night received a “Northern Exposure from a real pit bull, Keith Olbermanm (See The excellent Video above)! Finally the news media is going after Sarah Palin on her connection’s to the Alaskan Independence Party which I have mentioned in prior posts. Now the Alaskan Independence Party even has a video of her addressing their 2008 Convention!
However Keith Olbermann did not stop there! Sarah Palin tried to resurrect the Jeremiah Wright issue while using Barrack Obama’s middle name, “Hussein”! This shows the desperation of the Republican Campaign after their CUT AND RUN from Michigan! You know the state that McCain was supposed to draw on the former Hillary Clinton supporters! Sarah Palin is so desperate she is appealing to folks who can believe that Obama went to Wright’s Church AND is a Muslim! Keith Olbermann exposes Sarah Palin’s own experience with ministers. One who did a “laying on of hands” to drive out the powers of witchcraft. Apparently this same man went after some poor woman from his native Africa accusing her of witchcraft! Please watch Keith Olbermann’s video above! Many, including myself, passed this minister by as just being eccentric being that I am not a Pentecostal. I respect everyone’s right to religion, you know one of those liberal faults of mine! But as Keith Olbermann shows this goes beyond that to the character of this minister and even what the effect of her beliefs could have on the United States!
Sarah Palin seems to have some Hockey Moms from her area upset also. See the video above. I find it interesting and wish the news media would investigate this for the human interest side of it.
QUESTION: What is the difference between the foreign policy experience of the Governor of Alaska and an Alaskan Salmon?
ANSWER: Lipstick! But then again that is not fair to the Alaskan Salmon as it sometimes goes into the territorial waters of Russia and thus has more foreign policy experience than Sarah Palin!
Being Governor of Alaska with Russia next door, is “SORT A LIKE” having foreign policy experience! Except you don’t have any actual experience and no responsibility actually meeting with the Russians except to wave to them across the water!
What do we really know about John Sidney McCain? What kind of judgement does he show by his selection of Sarah Palin as his running mate?
