The candiates miss the boat on many issues. IE unemployed senior in mid late fifties layed off because insurance is cost prohibitive. Immigration is a easy one to cure. give 6 mo to file for legal status or get tossed out even 25 yrs later. this is not inhumane they make the decision.

with all the trayvon martin/zimmerman BULLCRAP why is it no one brings up the police chief who was fired/ asked to resign because he didn’t arrest zimmerman immediately!
Now with everything coming out into the mdia we all seem to realize that this is was not a simple case but so many things taken out of context this case may never be solved.
the issuses are not simply BLACK or WHITE or SHADES OF GREY. This is not a racism case but a case of oh shit
It is involved. But as I mentioned I always believed that Trevon Martin DID attack George Zimmerman. Why shouldn’t he? Imagine if you will if it were reversed? Then the Florida Stand Your Ground Rule would be celebrated. Doesn’t a Black kid have the right to stand his ground? The report also mentions none of this would not have happened if Zimmerman did not pursue TM.
Now we have new evidence that Zimmerman was a racist. I am not refering to the racist slurs in the phone conversations with police that we already know. I am talking about NEW EVIDENCE! (see below).

Furthermore Zimmerman had a police record. Sure no cause in itself to condemn him. But I am so tired that Fox keeps pointing out that TM had discipline problems in school and the picture of younger TM was before he grew up. So what? I was six feet when I was in the 5th grade. Does that make me a criminal? We live in an era of sexual predators and racists, not to mention just plain criminals pursuing others. TM had “probable cause” to fear for his safety and perhaps even for his life!
Here is the REAL ISSUE.
As I mentioned I always believed TM DID attack Zimmerman. Lets say that an undercover cop stoped Zimmerman at the last moment from killing TM and then arrested TM for assault.
The attack on Zimmerman is the issue according to Fox. The attack that I always believed did happen.
QUESTION: Would TM be found then guitly of assault?
ANSWER: No way! Why?
1. It has already been established without question that regardless of TM having small traces of marriauana he was NOT involved in any criminal activity against that neigborhood.
2. Zimmerman did have the right to call the police. He had NO right to pursue TM. – PERIOD! The report found that his actions caused the incident.
3. Since TM was wrongly pursued and felt in danger. We know this from his phone calls. UNDER FLORIDA LAW doen’t TM have the right to STAND HIS GROUND? What would happen if we froze the situation at the attack on Zimerman but that the races were reversed.
Again the issue seems to be the attack on Zimerman. I have always believed TM did it and I still say “so what”? If TM Were alive to stand trial his case would have to be dropped.
The issue of possible traces of pot in TM mean nothing to the case. Funny again his school record is brought up but not Zimmerman’s arrest record nor the additional racist slurs.
Maybe TM went to a Ron Paul campaign meeting as Ron Paul says pot is ok as long as we accept the plutocracy.
Maybe TM could go on to be President as Bill Clinton or maybe get more involved in drugs in which case he would be a Republican like George Bush Jr.
Maybe TM could become a multimillionaire like Rush Limabuagh and use heavier drugs!
The issue to me is simple: RACISM! By the way I am white!
